Automatic liquid filling machine adopts the principle of quantitative plunger filling, the processing of entrain bottle, allocate, fill material, exit bottle is controled automaticly by PLC. The machine meets GMP standard, suits for pharmacy, food,daily chemicals, pesticide and fine chemicals industries to fill liquid material
Technical features:
1. Touched operation screen
2. 8-supported type of up and down filling style, to prevent the emergence of bubbles effectively.
3. Filling accuary reaches ± 0.5%.
4. The filling cylinder is processed by hard chrome and grinding, ensure non-drip with unique design of the filling valve.
5. Has function of stoping working aumaticly when there is no bottle to filling.
6. To design the different positioning device according to the actual situation of bottles.
disassembled and assembled without tools, aslo can be cleaned on operation or sterilize with high-temperature.
