Working Process and Principle
1. Operating flow chart:
The machine can be connected with semi auto or full auto rewinding machine----roll core or non roll toilet paper log ------ auto-sensing paper log and send the film or paper---- automatic cutter kept cutting paper or film (two ends)--automatic glue system automatic induction pray glue--- packaging materials inplace----automatically rise pushing the long roll logs into the conveyor belt-----roller type packing---finished product output
2. Operating principle
Automati packing machine induction to the long roll paper log into feeding area the packing machine will transfer the packing material(paper or film) automatically,meanwhile the automatical glue systemalso have received the signal to pray glue, in the same tine, startautomatic conveying device let packaging material in the conveying process can ensure accurate positioning, when the packing material arrive the preset position or color code position, the automatica cutting knife on the packing machine will cut off the packing material. Meanwhile packing material ( need to packed position) willhave two linear inerratic average undifferentiated sealing glue lines. When the host waits feed zone sensor has reached a predetermined packaging position to the packaging material, the auto feeding system start to push the long log into the host machine and roller type packing. The finished product output is very nice and looks high level.
