Function Description:
1). Packaging machine:
WS-SBSN450, WS-SBDN450D and WS-SBDN450S are named as complex folding with strapping and brushing packaging machines with sorting conveyor, they are used for automatic packaging for chocolate, praline and pressed candy. Based on the size and shape of special products, through changing two types of fixtures, the same machine frame can be used for folding with strapping and brushing packaging applications. The packaging speed is related with the shapes of products and wrapper’s material, maximum speed reaches 450pcs/min. Through the programmed software control, each product is detected to control the wrapper’s conveying, that is, if without product coming out, no wrapper conveying, which can make sure the lowest wrapper consumption. And while the wrapper is used up, the machine can stop automatically. Meanwhile, the color mark can be tracked automatically, which ensures the patterns on the wrapper of product could keep uniformity, and makes the packing appearance much better.
2). Sorting conveyor:
WS-SZ500 is used for products location and arranging the scattered products in line then conveying them to the automatic packaging machine. This sorting conveyor is made up of various conveyors, belts and guide rails. The beginning conveyor belt makes the reciprocating motion, and conveys some products to the belt behind. While another conveyor which is driven by the motor would lead the arranged products to the packaging machine along the connection belt. All the gaps of guide rails and their motion frequency are adjustable to suit diverse products.
