Performance and Features
The paste filling system can automatically make orientation, supply plates, fill the paste, obdurate the tube and wash plates. The system has manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic functions.
The PLC and touch screen are used to make the programmable control with high precision .The system is also stable and safe with simple maintenance;
The speed of filling and slipway is adjustable;
The length of the spine is adjustable according to the arts;
The conveyer is controlled by stepless regulator.
The system stops working automatically when no plate is tested.
The lead paste can be recovered. And the system is friendly to the environment;
