This equipment is widely used in industry of toothpaste, cosmetic, drugs etc., it is applicable in various aluminum plastic tubes and plastic tubes. Before you use our equipment, read this user manual carefully, so that you can make a good use of our products.
It is highly automatic, which can automatically load tubes, check color codes, fill, seal, stamp, batch numbers and exit tubes. The heating part adopts inner heating mode by using LEISTER air-heater imported from Switzerland, which melt down plastic stuff by puffing hot air to the in walls of tubes from the back ends leading to high-quality sealing when stamping odontogram and batch numbers afterwards. The station rotation adopts precise cam indexing mechanism for precise and smooth positioning. The user can adjust speed with the frequency conversion type speed control to the rotating engine.
Airproof  hopper charger and auto hopper are available to be equipped.
