Application:
As a kind of machine used for the plastic sealing of various tube-type lead-acid battery positive plates, suit the positive plates of various traction batteries.
The advantage of injection sealing:
(1) High efficiency: the speed of injection sealing is about three times of manual operation.
(2) Just use the PP material instead of bottom bar.
(3) The solid connection between gauntlet and bottom strip.
(4) Easy operation.
(6) The dry filling mould could be changed to 6pcs/ batch instead of inserting one by one to improve the efficiency.
Features:
a. the injection device and the mold-locking device are at the same vertical center line, also the
mold can only open and close along the vertical direction. In addition, it is easy to deal with
transportation and installation due to its compact structure.
b. because the mould surface goes upwards, the positive plate can be placed and positioned
easily and stably.
c. supported by horizontal moulding board, the mould can open and close up and down, the
precision of machine and mould can be kept enduringly.
d. the upper mould can move to close the mould, while the lower mould is immovable so that
positive plate can be kept stable in lower mould, thus, the sealing quality can be
guaranteed effectively.
e. based on 5-fixed pivot and double-crank connection-rod mechanism, a hardened-
steel bushing is embedded at the moving position so that the service life of machine
can be enhanced, also the maintenance cost can be lowered down drastically.
