Round Bottle Labeling Machine

 Brief introduction

1. Suitable for cylindrical objects.Such as round bottles,round can, round jars and so on.(The cone objects can be customized).  Widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, beverage, cosmetics and chemical industries etc.

2. The labeling position, height and angle can be adjusted

3. It can be connected by conveying belt with the production line

5. The whole machine is made of S304 stainless steel and high class aluminum alloy 

6.The labeling head is driven by advanced stepping motor imported from Japan

Technical Data

Core working principle: The bottle division system separates the bottle from others; The sensor induce the bottle and send signal to labeling control system; When bottle arrives at the certain place, labeling control system make the related motor releases label and stick it on the required place of bottle; Then when bottle come to Labeling cover system, labeling cover belt make bottle rolled to make label sticked steady.
