Introduction:

This is an automatic pallet spray cleaning machine

1)Floor space of the equipment: L8000mmXW2080mmXH1850mm

2)The water-based detergent is washing medium.

3)Equipment use: To clean and remove the dust and dirt on pallet with water and compress air to dry it.

4)Equipment ability: Basic cleaning time and transportation speed 1.5-3.0m/min are adjustable, equipment operation time is calculated as 24 hours / day.

5)Dimension of the cleaning goods: Plastic pallet 1000×1200×165mm maximum.

6)Conveyor inside machine: Stainless steel netting. Transportation speed is1.5-3m/min.

7)Cleaning process: Single direction from left to right, Alkaline liquid spray wash ( the compressed air water-draining for upper position).

Design Feature:

The equipment focuses on the following special handling:

1)The bottom part of drainage of the cleaning room is of three-sides inclined structure which can drain water quickly to avoid dirt blockage.

2) Water storage tank, audible and light alarm device, automatic water refill system.

3)Stainless steel netting to resist corrosion effectively and avoid damage the wash pallet

4)Specialized sound and light alarm device for liquid level and operational errors.

5)Tunnel-type high pressure cleansing and air drying system to be able to dry the wash pallet quickly.

6)LCD touch screen, visual operation man-machine interface.
