The series fully automatic filling systems are for the production of 5 gallong bottling with integration of rinser, filler and capper. DGT series is suitable for rinsing, filling and capping process in mass production of PET bottling as drinking water, such as mineral water or pure water. DGF series are suitable for PET COLD filling water. The series adopt back-flow type filling valve. The series also can be used for normal temperature filling.
DGT series are suitable for PET bottling for 5 gallon Mineral Water automatic mass production, adopt negative pressure filling. Bottle neck suspension holding structure is adopted for above machines to assure the machine using for different bottle designs.
