II Performance of the main mechanisms:
1. Paperboard feeding type :semi-automatic chain pushing paperboard feeding,with side guiding baffles to ensure sheet feeding accurately ,feeding precision :within 1mm ,Max running speed 80 sheets per minute.
2 Paper-feeding roller: The upper axle adopts ginning paper-feeding wheel, the lower axle adopts steel ginning roller. The surface hard chromium-plating guarantees the smooth feeding the paperboard and does not damage the corruagted liner .
3.Equipped with steel pressure bars is for easy feeding warp board.
4. Printing roller: made of high quality alloy steel , precise grinded with chrome plated .
5.You can choose the advanced, convenient and practical hanging plate with hooked slots(Optional).Loading and unloading the plate can be independently controlled by the pedal switch.
6. Planetary gear structure with all precisely grinded gears gurantees the transmission precision and system reliability with longer Service life
7. The printing plate phase adjusting adopts non-stop-working,360 degree electrical digital adjustment. and automatically adjust according to inputing the data of the error. High precision of process printing and easy operation.
8. The anilox roller adopts the steel material 200 wire or the 220 wire combined anilox roller.
9.The rubber roller is made of natural oil proof, acid proof and alkali proot rubber.10.Automatic disengagement between rubber roll and anilox roll to avoid ink stain or possible damage printing plate .11. Pneumatic diaphragm pump supply ink steady,automaic ink system can guarantee to prevent the ink from drying at interval stop ,meanwhile adopting quick and automatic ink cleaning system with compressed air/water for fast order changeover.12. Pneumatic combined control the whole machine which has the function of counting , alarming and operating at the back of the machine .
13.Anilox roll can be adjusted with +/-2mm on both side for compensation of possible unevenness of printing plate thinknedd
14.All adjustment for slotting .creasing ,corner cutting and trimming ,circular , phase in 360° and lateral movement are completely electriaclly controlled ,with synchronized creasing setting.15. slotting blades be made of high quality alloy steel,7mm in thinckness, with sharp serrated edge for clean and efficient cut.
16.Electrical adjust the height of the carton,Four knives are synchronous, the length adjustment, upper or lower knife disk & pressing line ,cutter paper knife,pressing paper pole, united movement by hand, save changing unit time
