This set of machines, mainly used for the production of mineral water, pure water and other beverage water, is the result of our companys self-independent research and development with the advanced technology introduced from foreign countries. 2. Main Structure
(1)20 rinsing heads. This part adopts spring type stainless steel clip. It makes clip not touch the upper part of the screw thread. The screw rinsing nozzle can rinse every part of the inner bottle and ensure the clean bottle.
220 filling heads This part adopts precise machinery filling with the function of exact liquid level exact and rapid filling speed.
38 capping heads. It is a magnetic capping system. It can grab the caps accurate due to quadric grabbing system.
4All the parts which contact the water is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
5The main gearing adopts infinite speed variation. It can go up and go down steadily during working period.
