The 200 soap pamachine is designed to wrap oval and rectangular soaps with and without the band in two different package styles: double point end fold and skillet.
The 200 is the only machine on the market today which is capable of wrapping soap with roll feed and also precut sheet feed outerwrap up to a speed of 200 wraps per minute.
The 200 soap wrapping machine can be interphased with any type of new or existing soap press.
The wrapping machine must be supplied with 2 meters long three belted independently driven compression unit. Two thermostatically controlled side heaters allow the cold glue to set up assuring proper seal to the end folds

1. Double-point end fold
Single wrap with roll on sheet feed outerwrap, double or triple wrap with roll on sheet feed outerwrap, roll feed stiffener and roll feed innerwrap.

We offer two special automatic infeed systems with bar soap transfer units having four rotary suction cups.
The stamped bar soaps usually leave the press on a flat belt conveyor at random with irregular spacing. The suction cups lift up the soaps very gently and place them into the pocketed infeed belt conveyor of the 200 wrapping machine.
