The robot palletizer is widely used in food, beverage, beer and daily chemical products. It covers small floor space, of large production capacity, fully automatic working. Working program:
The system can do palletizing and carton layer separating same time. The shrink-wrapped packs or carton are conveyed to robot operation area, the robot system will palletize packs on pallet; after one layer’s palletization, the robot will pick one layer separating carton board and fix it between each layer of palletization, then it will go on palletizing.
Motion time: about 9~10seconds/ motion.
Payload: 40~500KG.
