Vacuum adsorb style to transmit the cardboard, with wind adjusting device.
Up&down corrugating roller seat and whole machine are designed separately, which make the whole body can be changed by the hoist. The gap bridge adopts dismounting lead rail which make the rollers' exchanging easily and quickly.
The roll coater and upper fix gluing roller are designed of groups guideway slippage, and they are easy and quick to dismount.
Universal joint driving, fission structure and independent drive box, the transmission is more stable. To long the use life of gear, we use encased gear style with flood lubrication
The upper corrugating roller, pressure roller and gluing roller's moving adopt pneumatic control.
The axle bearings of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature resistance grease lubrication.
Adopt electromotion paste insulation set, the glue parts running separately while the main motor stopped to prevent the glue from drying up.
Electromotion digital display shows the gluing quantity or manual adjusting the glueingquantity.
The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC55-58°, the surface are lapped and chrome plated.
