In lines: The distributing Mechanism consists of the damper or belt, and distributes the product to every packing line. It is suitable for product which has small length and with or round product.

Basic configuration:

Form:

Orthotropic shift system: when the product from the production line is on the same direction with the packing, it is suitable for the arranging form. This form is suitable for the product which is easy pressed and become deformed or disallowed to be pressed.

Shift arranging form: It is suitable for changing the product direction, which has big length and width.

Clear-up arranging form: It clears-up the product first and then arrange to one line by the fold line motion of several belts. This form is suitable for product which has small length and width, round product, product in a mess line or in irregular.

Position arrangement:

Form: The product will be sent into packing system after the precise positioning, achieving the automatic connection with packing system.

According to product’s nature and packing speed, it has different structure and belt’s several different positioning system.

 Suitable for the batch packing without pallet of biscuit, ect.
