Packaging System Description

1&2.Bucket Elevator with vibration feeder This type of conveyor has a large conveying capacity, can be made very tall, has smooth & reliable operation, and is operative for exceptionally log time. Based on customers’ needs, this type of conveyor was developed, especially those of higher sanitary requirements, those with small products that might get caught in a standard belt-conveyor, customers that have external envinronmental influences, or other circumstances.

3.Multihead Weigher

The Multihead Weigher uses combination principles and fast, high-tech micro-processors to accurately and quickly find the target weight of desired product. It has independently controlled feeders and release buckets that weigh each unit and then find the target weight from combining the weight of certain buckets together. Most Multihead Weighers are made with 8 to 32 heads (or buckets). The advantage of the Multihead Weigher is in the “Combination Principle” where it makes the best selection for weight by calculating and combining weight. The combination is such an advantage that it can weigh product at at least 80 weighings per minute with an accurate within only one or two grams! For example, take a 10 head weigher, when you calculate all the possible combinations, it comes to 1023! Given the high number of probabilities, a very accurate weighing can be calculated, when you add a high-speed processor as well as advanced computer and engineering design, you get a very useful and fast machine. Many weighers have been developed to various needs, from the standard multi-functional weigher, to the compact weigher that weighs smaller items but at higher accuracy, or the IP67 Waterproof Weigher that can withstand extremely wet environments. Weighers also come with a mutlitude of attachments that can optimize weighings’ accuracy, time, or other options specific to your product, such as a collection bucket for higher speeds as well as safe handling of product, or small-grain/powder feeding devices, to choices of 304 or 306 stainless steel and more.The multi-head weigher neatly fits into an automatic packaging line and has become an international standard requirement.

4. Support platform

The main purpose of the workstand is to support the Multihead Weigher as well as provide a convenient setting for use and maintenance. Stands can be made of stainless-steel or carbon-painted, they have non-slip surfaces for safety and railings for securty.

5. Packaging Machine

Packaging machines come in many shapes and sizes, packaging machines include: vertical packaging machine, horizontal, can or bottle sealers, vacuum-packers and more. Using a packaging machine greatly increases the effectiveness of an automatic packaging system, you can achieve a great incease in packaging speed. Almost any packaging machine can be fitted to a Multihead Weigher, the multihead weigher will send a signal to the packaging machine when it is releasing product, the packaging machine is timed apropriately for sealing, once sealed the packaging machine will then in turn signal the multihead weigher.

6.Checkweigher

The Checkweigher functions as the name sounds, it checks the weight of packaged items, separating the under or over-weighted packages. Checkweighers are commonly used by packaging companies when weighing standards are high and number of packages per minuteis large; other companies prefer to use it to guarantee customer satisfaction in regards to product weight. Checkweighers come at a variety of speeds, sizes, and of materials, Stainless steel 304 and 306 are optional.

7. Metal Detector

Metal Detectors are used to cehck wether a packaged bag contains a certain amount of metal. These detectors are a standard requirement in many countries, including butnot limited to the US, Canada, England, France and Germany, they are required to check the safety of packaged foods and medicines. Metal Detectors most often come in 304 stainless steel, they can be independent machine or attached to Check Weighers, speeds and sizes vary. Accuracy and smallest amount of metal that can be checked is based on not only the quality of the machine but also on the size of the bag to be checked, the larger the bag, the harder it may be to check, furthermore bags containing liquid or liquid-containing bags might not be checkable at all. The standard for detecting metal is usually around at least 0.8mm for Iron and 2.0mm for stainless steel.
