Our FBHYW series rotary type cement packing machine takes the leading role in the field of cement packing industry in China. This series of products are mainly used for packaging cement with bags , and also can be used for other powder materials with better fluidity. After the bags being fed to the filling mouth artificially, following procedures will be finished automatically. The bags won’t fall down until the weight reach the set point. And the machine will stop immediately when the bags fall by accident. Moreover, the most particular character is that our machine works without compressed air, so it can reduce the malfunction of machine which caused by the damage of the pneumatic components.
Main driving system of this machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, automatic electromechanical control and computer metering. Compare to similar products, our machine with more reasonable structure, more accurate metering, lower energy consumption, bigger packing capacity and lower mal-function rate.
Normal model with 8 filling spouts, according to customers’ requests, we can also design the machine with 10 spouts, 12 spouts and 14 spouts, etc.
Our cement packing line use this FBHYW rotary packing machine. This system uses material elevator to take the cement to the intermediate silo, which is connected to the eight spout filling machine by a screw gate. Cement will be filled into bottom valved bags automatically. Filled bags are transported to automatic loading machine for loading on the trucks or being transported to automatic stacking machine for storing. This packing line also has dust cleanup system and material re-collect system.
