The machine integrates the vacuum bumping, compressed air (or nitrogen N2) filling and sealing as a whole and then does the filling of shaving cream materials and pentane. It is dedicated to the simultaneous filling of post expansion binary-packing shaving cream aerosol paste material products and pentane with a fixed ratio. It is easy to operate, good in airtight seal and precise in measurement. It is the newly-launched another new type of binary-packing aerosols filling machine following the binary-packing paste filling machine.
The paste materials and pentane are mixed and filled with a certain proportion with even mixing and good post expansion effect.
It avoids freezing agitation, decreases energy consumption, reduces the equipment floor area and increases productivity.
After installation of PLC control program, it is with user-friendly operation in the touch screen, automatic adjustment and counting function, reducing labor intensity.
