The whole process of the machine , cup dispensing, no-cup detect, dust-sucking, filing,(Lid sucking and placingdot sealingheat sealing)/(Film placingheat sealingphotoelectic pattern proofreadingcutting-leftover film collecting), cup discharge, CIP and air purifying, are all under fully automatic control. This machine is used for filling and sealing of products like coffee milk, milk, yoghourt, ice cream, artificial diary products, juice, ect.. The machine can used for cups of two diamters, and both precut lid and roll film can be used in the machine. The machine is a new kind of foodstuff packing equipment with advaced technology, appllllllicable fuction, reasonable structure, reliable performance, easy and stable opreation, and convenient for maitenance. It adopts PLC+Touch screen control. The electrical and pneumatic components for the machine are mainly imported from Japan or Hermany.
