Basic infomation about labels:
1. Materials:
A variety of label materials and paper stocks are available as substrate. The most common stock is white Paper
(Gloss, Semi-gloss, Thermal Transfer, or Matte, where writability is a requirement), and White or Clear films (PET, PE, PP,
BOPP). Other materials although not as commonly used include Silver PET (Holograhic, Bright, Dull) and
many other materials. These materials are also available in various adhesives including Permanent, Removable,
and Freezer.
2. Size:
Based on width*height
(all kinds of shapes are acceptable)
3. Colors:
CMYK printing is 4 colors;
Pantone colors/spot colors printing, pls count the no. of colors.
Double side printing are available.
4. Surface:
Gloss/matt lamination, gloss/matt varnish, cold/hot foil stamp
5. Automatic application:
All labels are produced with stringent quality standards for a smooth and easy application. In automatic
applications the final packaging also needs to be clearly specified including whether the labels are to be on rolls
or sheets, quantity per roll, inside core diameter (standard 76mm core), and roll unwind direction
(specify by number):
