labeling machine work procedure
(Suitable to apply accurate labels on double sides-front and back- of Flat/Oval/Square or .shaped products having PET, Plastic ,HDPE ,LDPE, Glass or any other surface)
1. put the bottle on the conveyor (or connect with production line) , turn on the machine power ,the conveyor will move and the bottle will pass dispensing appliance to slow the convey speed , and the reach the correction appliance to adjust the bottle’s position
2.after the position correction,the bottle will reach upper-press appliance ,which have installed a photoelectricity with fiber and also is used to stabilize the bottle. When the photoelectricity eye “see” the bottle,it will inform the servo motor to drive the label paper work and paste on the bottle correctly.
3.when the label is used out ,there will appear a warning alarm to inform you
