Can I get a sample to check your quality?If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable according to your order quantity.

What about the lead time for mass production?Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MQQ is about 10-15 days. Generally speaking,we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

Provided you need a real sample based on your artwork to check the quality,the sample charge is requested. The charge will be refunded or not according to your order quantity.

Regarding to the freight cost,it is covered by the customer.

Sample Lead Time

It will take about 3-5 days to make the paper card or stickers,7-10 days to make the paper bag or box, 8-12 days to print the book.

Mass Production Lead Time

It depends on what kinds of products and the quantity you ordered. Take the packaging box for example,it will take 10-15 days to make 20000-50000pcs.

Delivery Time

To send the sample or goods via International Express like UPS,DHL,FEDEX,it will take 3-5 days.To deliver the goods by sea,it will take about 20-35 days,depending on which country and destination port.

Delivery Cost

To send the sample or goods via express,you can check the cost on the website of Express company,but we suggest sending via the agency of Express,as the cost would be much lower.For the cost of shipment by sea,pls advise the destination port and we will check the cost for you.
