1,What's PA6 ,PA66 ?

A polyamide is a polymer containing monomers of amides joined by peptide bonds. They can occur both naturally and artificially, examples being proteins, such as wool and silk, and can be made artificially through step-growth polymerization or solid-phase synthesis, examples being nylons, aramids, and sodium poly(aspartate).

Polyamides are commonly used in textiles, automotives, carpet and sportswear due to their extreme durability and strength.

Processing Guidelines
Material HandlingMax. Water content: 0.12% Product is supplied in sealed containers and drying prior to molding is not required. If drying becomes necessary, a dehumidifying or desiccant dryer operating at 80 °C (176 °F) is recommended. Drying time is dependent on moisture level, but 4-6 hours is generally sufficient
Typical ProfileMelt Temperature 270-305 °C (518-581 °F) Mold Temperature 70-90 °C (158-194 °F) Injection and Packing Pressure 35-125 bar (500-1500 psi)  
Fill RateFast fill rates are recommended to ensure uniform melt delivery to the cavity and prevent premature freezing. Surface appearance is directly affected by injection rate
