1 Physical and chemical property: White or a little yellow powder, density 5.606, fusion point: 1975C. It is a kind of two characters oxide, dissolve in acid and alkaline solution, insoluble in water or ethanol. It is yellow color at the high temperature, resume being white after cooling.
2 Use: Zinc oxide ceramic grade is suitable for the ceramic pigment development, the ceramic glazed surface production and the burn melt block. This kind of zinc oxide is also available in top-grade glass production. 3 Characteristic and function: 1). Zinc oxide's coefficient of expansion is low. It has good effect for high fever vibration and the mechanical vibrations in the ceramic production process. 2). The specific surface area is big and with hiding power, having resolved the bottom material influence to the surface colour. 3). There is less element content of iron, when used as the raw materials of color glaze, it can make little colour difference. It has very good smoothness.
