Crystal nature:
There are three form in nature: Rutile, Anatase, Tianium plate.
Titanium plate is unstable crystal and became to Rutile above 650 calcium degree. So it's no significance in the industrial.
Anatase is stable under the usual temperature. And it can transform from Anatase to Rutile under high temperature. Generally, it's not change under 165 calcium degrees but above 730 calcium degree it change quickly.
Rutile is the most stable crystal form. The hardness, density, dielectric constant and refractive index are more higher than Anatase.
