Performance and uses:
1)Cast aluminum electric heater is a tubular heating element for heating body, with high-quality aluminum alloy material for the shell through the die-casting molding.
2)Its use temperature is generally 150 ~ 450 degrees Celsius
3)Their full contact area of heating with high thermal conductivity, strong resistance to mechanical shock . Operating temperature can be raised to 700 degrees. Can be bent into various shapes according to customers' requirements.
4)Cast aluminum ,cast copper heater features :long life, good thermal insulation performance , strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, anti-magnetic fields and so on.
