Spindle adopt Italy air-cooling,standard BT50 taper socket.Spindle head with good rigidity,change cutter easily,enough cutter clamping force,can steady processing with φ40×400 long cutter;Spindle motor 6KW,can satisfy requirement of machining power.
Spindle head complete shut-off,install fans for better cooling and dust prevention.
Spindle install oil-cooling system to long time working
Spindle,rail and ball screw install dust prevention huff equipment,avoid foam dust enter into the screw rod ,rail and spindle to cause damage
Rail and screw rod install auto lubrication system
X axis adopt double screw driver to keep balance and steady
