Working Principle of Wood Peeling Machine
The unique acting force produced by the rotor with step type peeling teeth make the lumber sections do circular motion in cycles in the bunker tank plate. Load the logs, tree branches, etc into the roll groove, close the feed baffle, start the machine, operate claockwise. With the operation of the machine, the woods in the roll groove are stripped by the strip bar. Fifteen minutes later, close the machine, open the discharge baffle, then start the machine and operate counterclockwise two minutes, and then the woods well peeled will be diacharged automatically from the roll groove. The stripping net rate can reach 95%.
