Working principle of fuel saver carbonization furnace

Activated carbon furnace is the ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Activated carbon furnace adopts the method of dry distillation and natural carbonizing heating the wood stick until it divide into fuel gas, tar and charcoal. Because of the reasonable structure, the Activated carbon furnace needs small quantity of heat consumption only. The activated carbon furnace is equipped with superheated stream cooling system. Thus the cooling process can be speeded up for 4-12 hours, and the production cycling time can be shorten to 24-48 hours

1. This furnace is ideal equipment for charring wood briquettes into charcoal briquette. The wood briquette will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace.

2. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption.

3. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period.

4. Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.

5. Carbonization time is 3-4 days.

6. The furnace use 6mm steel plate.
