SKJ800 straw/wood pellet production line:

SKJ wood pellet production line can produce wood pellet from 5,000-20,000 ton annually, composed of the workstage like grinding, pelleting, cooling, sieving, dust collecting, packing ect. with consecutive and reasonable process routing, every standalone machine are of high performance, the performance will be displayed on the electrical cabinet controlled. The assembly are compact structure, small occupation, low consumption and high efficiency. Each standalone machine will be design and manufacture in accordance to the demands of the clients, installation will be carried out and guided by professional technician. 

The main process of the complete pelleting line includes:1. Crushering/chipping (to make wood to be smaller pieces or sawdust) or Grinding (to make crop stalks to be right sizes of raw material before pelletizing)

2. Drying (to get right moisture of raw material before pelletizing)3. Pelletizing (to press raw material into pellets)

4. Cooling (cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture )5. Sieving (remove the dusts and crushed pellets)6. Packing (package the pellets into bags of required sizes)

7. Control pannel (to operate this complete pellet plant)
