Metal Wire Straigthening Cutter /Welding Machine/Industrial Equipment
1. It is maily used for straightening and cutting of cold drawn steel wire and other metal wire.
2. The maximum value of the straightening wire is as follows: T1-2.5 is Φ2.5mm, T2.5-5 is Φ5mm, T3-8 is Φ8mm, T8-12 is Φ12mm; the maximum value of specified length is as follows: T1-2.5 is 850mm, T2.5-5 is 2000mm, T3-8 is 2000mm, T8-12 is2000mm. Any oversized specified length can be made to order.
3. This machine concludes the parts of wire feeding, straightening, cutting, etc. The linear gun can realize self-cutting of the wire at specified length for automic blanking.
4. It can realize highly improvement of production efficiency with reasonable structure, stabilization, simple operation and high automatization. Only one person can manage several machines. It is the specilized equipment for those factories in production of hareware and mesh wire.
