1. With LCD controller, keyboard input and man-machine interface, programming is simple and intuitive

2. CNC computer-controlled process, storage capacity is up to hundreds of files (data), the systen is with multiple parameter setting function which is convenient for the system maintenance and parameter modify. The circle diameter and pitch can be set at any time,and the parameters of the processing steel circle are showed intuitively on the display.

3. The circle diameter is drove and resized by serve motor, it can be set on the display (the position of knife rest is adjusted manually)

4. Using serve motor to drive, straighten, feed and roll. High accuracy of feeding, pitch and feeding length can be set and adjusted willfully.

5. Using powerful hydraulic system to drive, punch and cut, it can punch 40 to 50 holes per minute.

6. Automatic feeding rack, equiped with sensing device, which can start and stop feeding flexibly and automatically, and ensure the serve motor to feed accurately.

7. Single or double row can be punched at one time, the cut can be set at any time, which reserve the shrinkage that generated by butt welded.
