It can weld the two welding seam synchronously thus has been an ideal line for producing the large-scale H-beams.
This producing line consists of assembling machine, forward submerged arc welding machine, turning-over machine, backward submerged arc welding machine and longitudinal conveying rollers. This producing line can realize the rapid assembling of the H-Beam, submerged arc welding, 180º turning-over and the longitudinal conveying of the welding pieces. It adopts the technique like horizontal vertical welding, terminal assembling, single-arc twin-wire welding and so on. Thus obviously improving the welding speed of H-beam, decreasing the welding thermal collapse, improving the welding & connecting mechanical property. It has been an ideal line for producing the large-scale H-beams.
