This welding machine is one kind of high precision welding equipment by using high-speed electron beam bombarding workpieces.
The high speed directional electron beam bombards workpiece to transfer kinetic energy into heat energy and so melt the workpiece to form the welding area. The energy density of electron beam reaches 180W/cm2 and so it can heat metal to very high temperature very quickly. So this electron beam can melt any infusible metal and alloy.
There is no welding agent; under vacuum condition, welding seam is clean, smooth and non-oxidztion.
This kind of electronic beam welding machine is widely used in aerospace, atomic energy, automotive and electric & electrotechnical instruments, etc.
We can supply high voltage electron beam welding machines with power from 1kW to 30kW, accelerating voltage from 30kV to 150kV, beam flux from 35mA 200mA. To stainless, max. welding deepness can be 100mm!
