Introduction
SL-668 Foaming agent is a kind of one-component Polyurethane based on hydrophobic MDI(Diphenyl-methane-diisocyanat). It can be expands immediately to stop leakage after reacting with water.
Characters
1. Main material is MDI, no absorbent, no shrink, non-toxic.
2. A single dosage form. It reacts with water to form an impermeable Urethane. It can be completely filling cracks and pores. After contacting with the vapor in the air, it also expands. With good adhesion and chemical resistance, it does not damage or corrode steel reinforcement in RC structure.
3. It is very flexible, No poison and no chlorine ion, it can be applied for watering area.
4. It can be compatible with one component injection grout machine.
Application places
Leak stoppage for continuous wall, tunnel, box culvert, expansion joint, basement, hairline crack, shield tunneling, window frame, inner and outer walls, reservoir, harbor, roof, cracks of RC structural, small holes, etc
Features
1. The mixed ratio between forming agent & water, the temperature and the external environment will affect the time & strength of coagulation of body. The amount of water is direct proportional to the time of coagulation, inverse proportional to the strength of and the temperature is inverse proportional to the time of coagulation, direct proportional to the strength of. Thus, you may do a simple test before usage in order to achieve the perfect operations
2. After hardening, the expanded material can resist weak acid, weak base. It is suitable for asphalt filling material, water-sealing material and concrete etc.
3. Single-liquid type sealing agent, if used for a place below the water level, because of too much water, it will be worried about the phenomenon of water residues of over-saturation, resulting in poor sealing effect and can continue to inject the second ~ third perfusion after the first injection foaming.
4. When injecting the cracks caused by the pressure type groundwater flow, can be together with the catalyst. After that, it can form foam within 3 seconds and be fully expanded & solidified after mixing with water for 10 minutes.
