With the rapid development of hydraulic industrial technology, the hydraulic technology is tending to the high pressure, high precision and large power aspects.It requires us to offer higher requirement to the reliability of hydraulic system working.
There are 70% faults in hydraulic system caused by the pollution of the oil liquid, among of the polluted oil liquid; there is 60% from the new oil. 20% from machine parts during their working and 20% from others. 5~15 micron particles in pollutant are very harmful to the precision parts of the system. Therefore, strictly controlling for oil liquid cleanliness has been taken to the precision parts of hydraulic systems with servo-parts internationally. And the cleanliness of the infused new oil should reach the requirement of Grade 5 of NAS1638 so as to ensure the system stability and running reliability. The sampling analysis from domestic hydraulic oil the cleanliness of the domestic new oil is Grade 10~1 of NAS1638. If the serious polluted oil does not be filtered, it will do severe harm to the working reliability and service life of the precision parts in complete system, so we must take measures to filter oil to assure the machine and hydraulic system running well.
To meet the development of hydraulic technology, Our Company has developed and manufactured LYC Series high-precision oil purifiers, which based on high-precision filtering technology and the purifiers will upgrade the Grade 12 new oil of NAS1638 to the grade 5 so as to meet the service requirement of the time at home and abroad.

Characters:
A. Super accuracy: nominal rating 3 micron, after circular filtering many times, the oil cleanliness can reach Grade 5~7 of NAS1638.
B. Exhaust gas: the machine has an exhaust valve, which can exhaust the remaining gas in the systems while it’s working.
C.Safety: with voltage 380V, 50HZ three phases power supply. There is a safety valve equipped in the hydraulic system. When particular case happens, the valve can protect the system of the machine automatically, Electrical elements equipped with circuit breaker.
D.Save oil: the machine can soak out the dirty oil liquid from equipments the filtered oil can be put into the oil box.
