Laminated and Solid Window/Door Scantling:

The detailed specifications is as below:

1. 3 /4 layers :  top and bottom layers solid, middle layer finger-jointed.(DKD)

                           three or four layers are both single board.(DDD)

                           three or four layers are both finger-jointed.(KKK)

2. All layers are the same timber species (mostly is Seb).

3. SIZE: Thickness: 63mm = (21+21+21)mm

                                  72mm = (24+24+24)mm

                                  34mm=(11.33+11.33+11.33)mm

                                  18mm=(6+6+6)mm

                Width: 70mm / 80mm /100mm/ 105mm / 110mm /120mm 145mm               

                           (it depends on your choice)

               Length: 800mm -- 5900mm

4. Lengh 800 - 3000mm : 4 sides clear or 3 sides clear, the defects are near the 

    fourth side.

5.  Top and Bottom lamella : 100% vertical or semi-vertical grain;  Middle Lamella  

     horizontal is allowed and can be edge glued.

6.  MC: usuarally less than 14%.

7.  Glued according DIN EN 204, GLUE: D4

8.  Trade Terms: FOB / CFR/ CIF 

9.   Use:  used for door frame,window ,etc.

10. Tolerance: About +/-10%.(The details according to the request).

11.  Remarks: No Remark
