Work Principle:This machine consists of tension plate, frame, discharging ply device etc. Tension plate is mainly for tightening line. Motor twist ply through pulley drives frame to rotate for making a certain twist of ply in one side; the other side through pulley drive sprocket wheel, bevel gear and discharging screw, hollow shaft drives ply bobbin to do reciprocating motion in order to make ply collect on bobbin evenly under the effect of discharging fork. Function:This machine is used in rope manufacturing industury. The raw material can be sisal, jute fiber, plastic or nylon yarn etc. It twists the yarns into ropes specially for sugar cane binding.
