The FK6.HY-1 High Speed Draw-texturing Machine is suitable for the production of plied and non-torque yarns

The HY1 High Speed Draw texturing Machine has been developed for high processing speeds of standard and micro filament yarns. The machine meets all requirements for large scale production. Its product range is from 55 - 330 dtex, with a maximum mechanical speed of 1000 m/min. It can be equipped with either HY-VII or HY-VIII type friction units with a maximum spindle speed of 18,000 rpm.    The HY-VIII friction units can operate with either 6 or 9 mm thick ceramic or PU disks, which make it suitable for all kinds of deniers and feed yarns. The maximum configuration is1-9-1 for 6 mm disks.    The primary heater length for M cross section is 2.5 m and for V cross section 2.0 m. The temperature control range is from 160-250oCThe secondary heater is a 1.46 m long convection heater with heater tubes. The temperature control range is from 160-250oC We can also produce heaters for lower temperature ranges.    The cooling plates on the M machine are 2.1 m long and on the V machine1.1m.    Depending on machine cross section and yarn path we differentiate between the following machines: FK6.HY- 1, FK6.HY- 1A, FK6.HY(V)- 1A and FK6.HY- 1AMF.    The bobbin holders are lift arm type, the turnover type is optional. The lift arm type bobbin holder has over the years been steadily improved and is highly reliable and suitable for high take-up speeds.    The turnover bobbin holder produces well shaped packages, very even density, stable take up tension and packages that unwind well. The distance between take up decks is 405 mm, which allows to build packages with a diameter of up to 300 mm.    The V machine comes with a straight yarn from the primary heater to the cooling plate to the friction unit. This cross section is suitable for the production of high quality fine denier, high count and microfilament yarns.    The MF machine type is particularly suitable for polyester microfilament yarns. It has been designed to satisfy the domestic and oversea market. The friction unit has been inclined to optimize the yarn path. The machine also comes with nip rollers and twist stop rollers for the better production of microfilament yarns.
