Advantages:
As separation and screening equipment, this HR3-80 3-cylinder beating screen mainly used for oil-expelling and cleaning process of cottonseed, after the external husk is stripped by decorticator, the cottonseed can be fed into this machine directly for separation between husk and kernel, also transfer into this machine for fine screening after treatment of vibration-flat sieve so that the treatment capacity can be enhanced by times. The cottonseed with the process of this machine will be divided into two ways to be conveyed into screen drum, the cottonseed husk remained in screen drum will flow away from the discharge hole under the push of spiral beating-rod, while the cottonseed kernel will fall down to auger groove and drop down from the discharge hole of auger and enter into the next process(pressed shape).
Screenability: kernel content in waste cottonseed husk is less than 0.5%
The husk in finished cottonseed kernel is less than 16%
