GA841 series automatic plaiting machines are used in weaving and dyeing & finishing workshops, and plaiting cloth brushed or inspected by brushing or inspecting machine into pieces.
The machine employs three motors respectively to control cloth’s plaiting, lifting and discharging. In a joint, the device sends out a time-delaying stop signal. The working table’s lifting, plaiting knife’s locating, cloth’s folding and discharging are automatically completed. When there is or isn’t cloth in the store box or on the table, the conveying action is automatically started or stopped.
Automatic principle: When the switch finds a joint, a signal is sent out to control the motor’s run. The travel switches coordinate all actions. Adjust a switch’s position to control the automatic process’s time.
The machine employs mechanical and electric technology as a whole, rolling bearings, featuring smooth run, reliable actions, low noise, novel and reasonable appearance design.
