The heat shrinkable tubing is used for insulating and sealing underground and aerial cables.It is precoated with a special hot-melt gel that flows when heated.This gel will adhere to the sleeve surface and cable very well to protect against moisture and water penetration.
Its wide shrinkage range makes it easy to apply where there are large diameters differences between the cable and the connector.
Continue heating until the thermoindicating paint has changed color from green to black.
