Business Process
Customers comes to the counter/window, staff or service personnel presses voice control button "Welcome”, the evaluator says “Welcome", after having finished relevant business, staff or service personnel presses voice control button "Please evaluate”, then evaluator says “please evaluate my service”, reminding the customer to evaluate. After that, the evaluator says “thanks” . thus an evaluation is completed. The evaluation data would be transmitted to server. Then server gathers and stores them, and generates various reports of web forms. Leaders can check the result by the classification of staffs, windows, departments etc... Users of different position enjoy different permission.
