Description:

MC52i-422GI is a Dual-band (900/1800 MHz) GSM modem intended for data transmission via cellular communication networks with GPRS support (class 10) and TCP/IP protocol stack. Among its main functions is data transmission by use of CSD and GPRS technologies, reception and transmission of voice signals, faxes and SMS-messages. Modem has RS422 communication interface. Connection to this interface is carried out through a discontinuous terminal connector which provides for parallel connection of several external devices. TJ6-6P6C connector is used for the modem power supply. In the discontinuous terminal connector the lines are provided which may be used for powering of the external device. MC52i-422GI is designed to operate in automatic data collecting systems of heat and electricity supply meters, vending sale systems, in automatic payment machines, as well as in other systems with wireless data transmission.
