Functions of the equipment

The equipment contains comprehen sive training programs for each unit station, automatic production line, pneumatic system, frequency inverter, PLC high-speed pulse and counter, servo motor, analog, network technology, human-machine interface, and configuration technology.

The equipment is composed by the five units of feeding unit, processing unit, assembly unit, transmission unit and sorting unit installed on the aluminum rail type training station. The electrical layout is of the dual-drawer type, and all the electrical controls are mounted on the drawers of mesh plate.
