T03A fixed lightning early warning systems are highly concealed, stable and reliable lightning early systems for national defense purpose. A T03A fixed lightning early warning system converts the electric charge signals reflecting the changes of the electric fields of thunderclouds detected by detector head according to the characteristics of the electric charges of the electric fields of the thunderclouds in quick movement into digital quantity through bit arrangement to realize real-time monitoring over the changes of the electrostatic field of the atmosphere layer near the ground. They are designed and manufactured according to the technical requirement for military use. Without rotatable parts and noise and with high reliability and long service lives, they can operate continually all year round under severe weather conditions.
A movable lightning early warning system has a highly rotating notched disc on its detector head and conducts gain amplification for the electric charge quantity of the detecting electrodes that are continuously shielded and disclosed and converts the electric charge quantity into a digital electric field value to realize real-time monitoring over the changes of the electrostatic field of the atmosphere layer near the ground. This operation mode limits the application of movable lightning early warning systems in some area without power sources or some areas people do not go often. Furthermore, the reliability, service life and noise indexes of movable lightning early warning systems are limited too.
