Usage:
1. Place mouth guard in boiling water for 13 seconds(11 seconds if you wear braces).
2. Carefully place mouth guard around all upper teeth. Bite down firmly. Use fingers to press mouth guard tight against your gums.
3. Rinse under cold water for seconds to set.
5. If you do not get a proper fit the first time, repeat above procedure.
6.To remove excess material that casues discomfort, you can trun your mouth guard with a small scissors.
