tower 200 for an amazing workout
Tower 200 is a great home gym for an amazing workout. Put simply, it attatches to the top and bottom of the door and you use the power bands for upper and lower workouts. It's awesome because it just doesn't take up any space in your house. It has a total of 200 pounds of resistance. It will come with all parts, instructions(including dvd), workout calendar and poster. It will be shipped in it's original box as you can see in the picture.
