GRD copper bonded ground rods meet all the requirements of the world’s most rigorous standard such as UL-467,ANSI C-33-8,CE B-S10030250 .Carbon steel core coated with an electrolytic copper layer,which is minimum 99.9% pure with no trace of zinc.The copper layer is bonded to steel core through an electrolytic process ,which is the most advanced 4-dimensional continuous plating method,which ensures a perfect and even bonding between the copper and steel. The rod finishing is brilliant,free of imperfections or peelings.
Technique Parameters: UL ground rod.copper thickness is equal or above 0.254mm.Electricity resistivity is less than 0.059Ωmm2.Tensile strength is equal or above 600N/mm2.Anti-corrosion:put in concentration of 10% nitric acid,soaking for more than 90 hours,no corrosion weight loss is more than 15%.Copper bonding strength: sustain heat above 300 °C up to 1 hour after the quench,the copper layer is not peeled off.
