Description EPDM cover is a composite rubber plate composed of EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) plate and sealant layer. It can be used both as a protective cover for the plastic filler, and as an independent defense line for the top waterstop of CFRD.
As a waterproofing composite material, it presents a multiple function.With the perfect resistance to ozone and heat ageing, EPDM layer is a protective layer at the external surface; undersurface, sealant is applied to solve the poor adhesion of EPDM layer with filler and concrete.
Application Protective cover to the plastic filler for top waterproofing of perimetric joint,
tension joint or compression joint of CFRD.
Accustomed application under adverse conditions: sunlight, intense heat, heavy humidity or chilly environment.
Description Filler is a kind of rubber sealing material and specially developed for top filling of the face slab joint of CFRD , which can flow down and seal the open joint during impounding.
Application Filler is widely used in CFRD for its excellent flow sealing behavior, see the reference list. According to the research result of CFRD(Shuibuya Dam height 233m), it can be used for CFRD up to 250m high.
